- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 1 cup uncooked long-grain white rice
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, uncooked rice, frozen vegetables, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9Ă—13 inch baking dish.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove the foil, sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top, and bake uncovered for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
