- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup pepperoni slices (or desired toppings)
- 1 tbsp olive oil (for brushing)
- Tomato sauce (for dipping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine Greek yogurt, flour, baking powder, and salt to form a dough in a mixing bowl.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface until smooth.
- Roll out the dough into a thin rectangle.
- Cut the dough into smaller rectangles (about 4×6 inches).
- Place mozzarella and desired toppings on one half of each rectangle.
- Fold the other half over the filling and seal the edges with a fork.
- Arrange the pockets on a baking sheet; brush with olive oil.
- Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm with tomato sauce for dipping.
