Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni slices (or desired toppings)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for brushing)
  • Tomato sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine Greek yogurt, flour, baking powder, and salt to form a dough in a mixing bowl.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface until smooth.
  4. Roll out the dough into a thin rectangle.
  5. Cut the dough into smaller rectangles (about 4×6 inches).
  6. Place mozzarella and desired toppings on one half of each rectangle.
  7. Fold the other half over the filling and seal the edges with a fork.
  8. Arrange the pockets on a baking sheet; brush with olive oil.
  9. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
