- 2 cups crushed chocolate cookies
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cups ice cream (flavor of your choice)
- 1 cup hot fudge sauce
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the freezer.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed chocolate cookies with the melted butter and mix well.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a cake pan to form the crust.
- Scoop your ice cream on top of the crust, layering it as desired.
- Drizzle a layer of hot fudge sauce over the ice cream, spreading it evenly.
- Freeze the cake for at least 4 hours until solid.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.
- Spread the whipped cream on top of the frozen ice cream cake.
- Freeze the cake again for at least 1 hour before serving.
