Description

A delightful homemade ice cream cake combining a crunchy cookie crust and creamy ice cream, customizable to your favorite flavors.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups crushed chocolate cookies
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cups ice cream (flavor of your choice)
  • 1 cup hot fudge sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the freezer.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed chocolate cookies with the melted butter and mix well.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a cake pan to form the crust.
  4. Scoop your ice cream on top of the crust, layering it as desired.
  5. Drizzle a layer of hot fudge sauce over the ice cream, spreading it evenly.
  6. Freeze the cake for at least 4 hours until solid.
  7. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.
  8. Spread the whipped cream on top of the frozen ice cream cake.
  9. Freeze the cake again for at least 1 hour before serving.
