- 2 cups pasta (elbow or any small shape)
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat, draining any excess fat.
- Add the beef broth, pasta, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet and stir.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to a simmer and cover the skillet.
- Cook for about 10-12 minutes, or until the pasta is tender.
- Stir in the milk and cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
