Description

A quick and satisfying one-pot meal featuring ground beef, pasta, and creamy cheddar cheese.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 cups pasta (elbow or any small shape)
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat, draining any excess fat.
  2. Add the beef broth, pasta, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet and stir.
  3. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to a simmer and cover the skillet.
  4. Cook for about 10-12 minutes, or until the pasta is tender.
  5. Stir in the milk and cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

Customize by adding vegetables or using different types of cheese. Can use ground turkey for a leaner option.
