- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup uncooked elbow macaroni
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat for about 5 to 7 minutes, breaking up any clumps. Drain excess fat.
- Add beef broth, milk, elbow macaroni, ketchup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 10 to 12 minutes.
- Check if the pasta is tender, then stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and well combined.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
You can customize this recipe by using different meats or adding vegetables. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days.
