Description

A comforting, one-pan meal that combines ground beef with delicious pasta, quick and easy to prepare from scratch.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup uncooked elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat for about 5 to 7 minutes, breaking up any clumps. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add beef broth, milk, elbow macaroni, ketchup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
  3. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 10 to 12 minutes.
  4. Check if the pasta is tender, then stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and well combined.
  5. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes
