- 1 lb ground chicken
- 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the ground chicken and cook until browned and fully cooked through.
- Toss in the sliced zucchinis, bell pepper, and broccoli. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes, until the vegetables are tender.
- Pour in the soy sauce and stir to combine, cooking for another minute or two.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds if desired.
Notes
For variations, feel free to swap ground chicken with turkey or tofu, and add your favorite vegetables.
