Description

Delicious homemade croissant smash burgers combining juicy beef and melted cheese in buttery croissant buns.

Ingredients

  • Ground beef
  • Croissants
  • Cheese (e.g., cheddar or American)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive oil or butter
  • Lettuce
  • Tomato
  • Pickles
  • Onions (optional)
  • Condiments (e.g., ketchup, mustard)

Instructions

  1. Preheat a skillet or griddle over medium-high heat and add oil or butter.
  2. Form the ground beef into loose balls and season them with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the beef balls on the hot skillet and smash them down with a spatula to create a patty. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until browned.
  4. Flip the patties, add cheese on top, and let it melt.
  5. Slice the croissants in half and toast them lightly.
  6. Assemble the burgers by placing the patties on the bottom half of the croissant.
  7. Add your favorite toppings like lettuce, tomato, pickles, and onions.
  8. Top with condiments and finish with the top half of the croissant.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Avoid overcrowding the pan for better browning and season the beef for enhanced flavor.
