Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, add the cottage cheese.
  2. Top with marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, and shredded mozzarella.
  3. Microwave on high for 30 seconds.
  4. Stir the mixture gently, then add diced turkey pepperoni.
  5. Microwave for an additional 30–60 seconds until the cheese is fully melted and bowl is hot throughout.
  6. Garnish with chopped basil and serve with mini bell pepper halves or crostini.

Notes
