Ingredients

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup sugar (for dusting)
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon (for dusting)
- Nutella (for filling)
- Oil (for frying)
Instructions
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine water, butter, salt, and sugar. Bring to a boil.
- Remove from heat and stir in the flour until a ball forms.
- Let it cool slightly, then mix in the eggs one at a time until the dough is smooth.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
- Pipe or spoon small balls of dough into the hot oil, frying until they are golden brown.
- Remove the churro bites and drain them on paper towels.
- In a bowl, mix together sugar and cinnamon. Roll the churro bites in the mixture until well coated.
- Fill each churro bite with Nutella using a piping bag or a small spoon.
- Serve warm and enjoy the deliciousness!
