Instructions
- Toast the pecans in a skillet with melted butter over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until fragrant. Let cool.
- Mix the heavy cream, whole milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt in a large bowl and whisk until dissolved.
- Combine the cooled pecans and butter with the milk mixture.
- Churn the mixture in an ice cream maker according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Freeze the ice cream in an airtight container for at least 4 hours until firm.
