- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup nuts (optional)
- 1/2 cup crushed peppermint or dried fruit (optional)
Instructions
- Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a saucepan over low heat, melt white chocolate chips with sweetened condensed milk, stirring until smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- Fold in mini marshmallows and any optional add-ins like nuts or peppermint.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Allow to cool at room temperature, then refrigerate until set, about 120 minutes.
- Once set, cut into squares and serve.
Notes
Use low heat to melt the chocolate, and line the baking dish with parchment paper for easy removal.
