Description

An easy and festive treat, this white chocolate marshmallow fudge is creamy and sweet, perfect for gifts or gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup nuts (optional)
  • 1/2 cup crushed peppermint or dried fruit (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a saucepan over low heat, melt white chocolate chips with sweetened condensed milk, stirring until smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  4. Fold in mini marshmallows and any optional add-ins like nuts or peppermint.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Allow to cool at room temperature, then refrigerate until set, about 120 minutes.
  7. Once set, cut into squares and serve.

Notes

Use low heat to melt the chocolate, and line the baking dish with parchment paper for easy removal.
