Description

Delicious turkey meatballs packed with protein, made with ricotta and spices for a flavorful meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Combine ground turkey, ricotta cheese, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  2. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Add the meatballs to the skillet and cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until they’re browned and cooked through.
