- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- Olive oil for cooking
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, ricotta cheese, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the meatballs to the skillet and cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until they’re browned and cooked through.
- Serve with your favorite pasta or vegetables.
