Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or your choice)
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/2 cup diced vegetables (bell peppers, onions, etc.)

  2. Mix Greek yogurt and self-rising flour until a dough forms.
  3. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about 1/4 inch thick.
  4. Cut the dough into squares or rectangles.
  5. Place a scoop of pizza sauce, cheese, protein, vegetables, and seasoning in each piece of dough.
  6. Fold the dough over to create a pocket and pinch the edges to seal.
  7. Place the pockets on a baking sheet and brush the tops with olive oil.
