- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup self-rising flour
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or your choice)
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1/2 cup diced vegetables (bell peppers, onions, etc.)
- 1/2 cup cooked protein (chicken, turkey, or pepperoni)
- Italian seasoning (to taste)
- Olive oil (for brushing)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix Greek yogurt and self-rising flour until a dough forms.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about 1/4 inch thick.
- Cut the dough into squares or rectangles.
- Place a scoop of pizza sauce, cheese, protein, vegetables, and seasoning on each piece of dough.
- Fold the dough over to create a pocket and pinch the edges to seal.
- Place the pockets on a baking sheet and brush the tops with olive oil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, until golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Avoid overfilling the pockets for easier sealing. Experiment with different fillings to suit your taste.
