Ingredients
- Thinly sliced ribeye steak
- Bell peppers (sautéed)
- Provolone cheese (melted)
- Olive oil (for sautéing)

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add sliced bell peppers (and optional onions, mushrooms) and sauté until tender.
- Put the thinly sliced ribeye steak in the skillet and cook until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
- Once the steak is cooked, lower the heat and add provolone cheese on top to melt.
- Serve in a bowl and enjoy your high protein, low carb meal.
Notes
