Description

A flavorful high-protein meal featuring juicy ribeye steak, melted provolone cheese, and sautéed bell peppers, served in a bowl.


Ingredients

  • Thinly sliced ribeye steak
  • Bell peppers (sautéed)
  • Provolone cheese (melted)
  • Olive oil (for sautéing)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • Optional toppings: onions, mushrooms, garlic

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add sliced bell peppers (and optional onions, mushrooms) and sauté until tender.
  3. Put the thinly sliced ribeye steak in the skillet and cook until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Once the steak is cooked, lower the heat and add provolone cheese on top to melt.
  5. Serve in a bowl and enjoy your high protein, low carb meal.

Notes
