Description

A delicious and nutritious high-protein keto crunchwrap filled with seasoned ground meat, cheese, and fresh vegetables.


Ingredients

  • Large tortillas
  • Ground meat (beef, chicken, or turkey)
  • Shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • Lettuce
  • Tomato
  • Sour cream or Greek yogurt (optional)
  • Seasonings (salt, pepper, taco seasoning)
  • Olive oil or cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Cook the ground meat in a skillet over medium heat until browned, seasoning with salt, pepper, and taco seasoning.
  2. Prepare the fresh vegetables: chop the lettuce and dice the tomatoes.
  3. Lay a large tortilla flat on a clean surface. In the center, layer the cooked meat, cheese, lettuce, tomato, and a dollop of sour cream if using.
  4. Fold the edges of the tortilla toward the center, creating a square shape.
  5. Heat olive oil in a clean skillet over medium heat. Place the folded crunchwrap seam-side down and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes. Flip and cook the other side until crispy.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
