Ingredients
- Large tortillas
- Ground meat (beef, chicken, or turkey)
- Shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- Lettuce
- Tomato
- Sour cream or Greek yogurt (optional)
- Seasonings (salt, pepper, taco seasoning)
- Olive oil or cooking spray
Instructions
- Cook the ground meat in a skillet over medium heat until browned, seasoning with salt, pepper, and taco seasoning.
- Prepare the fresh vegetables: chop the lettuce and dice the tomatoes.
- Lay a large tortilla flat on a clean surface. In the center, layer the cooked meat, cheese, lettuce, tomato, and a dollop of sour cream if using.
- Fold the edges of the tortilla toward the center, creating a square shape.
- Heat olive oil in a clean skillet over medium heat. Place the folded crunchwrap seam-side down and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes. Flip and cook the other side until crispy.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
For an extra kick, try adding different spices or different types of cheese. You can also use leftover meats to save time.
