Description

A delicious high-protein burger made with lean beef and Dubliner cheese, packed with flavor and nutrients.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb lean beef
  • 4 slices of Dubliner cheese
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 burger buns
  • Fresh greens (lettuce, spinach, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Slice the onion and add it to the skillet, cooking until caramelized, about 15-20 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Shape the lean beef into burger patties and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Grill or pan-fry the burgers to your desired doneness.
  5. Place a slice of Dubliner cheese on each burger in the last minute of cooking to melt.
