Description

A delicious and healthy snack made with creamy Greek yogurt, fresh berries, nuts, and a touch of honey, perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth without the guilt.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup mixed fresh berries (blueberries, raspberries, sliced strawberries)
  • 1/4 cup chopped almonds or walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • Pinch of flaky sea salt

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, making sure it’s completely flat.
  2. In a large bowl, stir together Greek yogurt, protein powder, honey, and vanilla extract until completely smooth with no powder clumps.
  3. Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if needed.
  4. Pour the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Use an offset spatula or the back of a spoon to spread the mixture to about 1/4-inch thickness.
  6. Scatter the berries across the surface.
  7. Sprinkle the chopped nuts across the surface.
  8. Dot with chocolate chips.
  9. Sprinkle chia seeds across the surface.
  10. Press everything gently into the surface so toppings don’t fall off when broken later.
  11. Pinch flaky sea salt between fingers and sprinkle across the bark.
  12. Slide the baking sheet into the freezer and freeze for at least 180-240 minutes, or overnight, until solid.
  13. Remove from freezer and let sit for 2 minutes.
  14. Break into irregular shards with your hands or a sharp knife.
  15. Store immediately in an airtight container with parchment between layers.

Notes

Keep your yogurt bark fresh by storing in the freezer for up to two weeks. Avoid leaving it at room temperature.
