Ingredients

- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup protein powder (optional)
- Graham crackers or fruit for dipping
Instructions
- Combine the Greek yogurt, softened cream cheese, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and protein powder if using.
- Mix until smooth and well blended.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and refrigerate for about 10 minutes to chill.
- Serve with graham crackers or fruit for dipping.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about 3 to 5 days. Stir before serving.
