- 2 Salmon fillets
- 2 cups Mixed fresh vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Season salmon fillets with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and lemon juice.
- Place the seasoned salmon in the air fryer and cook for 10-12 minutes or until crispy and cooked through.
- While the salmon is cooking, prepare the mixed vegetables by sautéing them in a pan with a little olive oil until tender.
