Description

A flavorful and nutritious casserole packed with chicken, spinach, and creamy cheese.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup cream or cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the shredded chicken, chopped spinach, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning in a large bowl.
  3. Stir in the cream or cream cheese until well combined.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and mix until the ingredients are evenly coated.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
  6. Top with mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese if using.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  8. Let it cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For a cheesier casserole, feel free to add more mozzarella. Adjust the seasoning to your taste.
