- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 burrata cheese
- 4 slices of prosciutto
- 1 cup fresh arugula
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Combine Greek yogurt and flour until a dough forms.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Place the dough on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the crust is golden.
- Remove from the oven and top with burrata cheese, prosciutto, and arugula.
- Drizzle with more olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your protein-rich pizza!
Notes
Allow the pizza to cool before storing leftovers. It will stay fresh in the fridge for up to three days or can be frozen for up to a month.
