Description

Delicious High Protein Breakfast Biscuits made with cheese, ham, and spinach, perfect for a nutritious start to your day.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked ham, diced
  • 1/2 cup cooked spinach, chopped
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Stir in the cheese, ham, and spinach until evenly combined.
  4. Whisk together eggs, milk, and melted butter in another bowl.
  5. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture and stir until just combined.
