Ingredients

- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked ham, diced
- 1/2 cup cooked spinach, chopped
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Stir in the cheese, ham, and spinach until evenly combined.
- Whisk together eggs, milk, and melted butter in another bowl.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture and stir until just combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy these biscuits warm or store them in an airtight container for later.
