- 1 cup cottage cheese

- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Separate the egg whites from the yolks in a bowl.
- Beat the egg whites and cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
- Mix egg yolks, cottage cheese, baking powder, salt, and sweetener until well combined in another bowl.
- Fold the egg whites into the egg yolk mixture until just combined.
- Carefully fold in the blueberries.
- Spoon the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet in rounds.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden and set.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
