- 1 cup brown rice
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 bell pepper, chopped

Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Add the chopped onion, bell pepper, and garlic, and sauté until the vegetables are soft.
- Stir in the rice, beef broth, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 20-25 minutes or until the rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
- Fluff with a fork and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
