Description

A delicious and nutrient-packed flatbread topped with BBQ chicken, mozzarella, and fresh cilantro.


Ingredients

  • Flatbread
  • Cooked chicken breast
  • BBQ sauce
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Red onions
  • Fresh cilantro
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix the cooked chicken with BBQ sauce until well coated.
  3. Place the flatbread on a baking sheet and lightly brush with olive oil.
  4. Spread the BBQ chicken evenly over the flatbread.
