Description

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 medium Zucchini
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Minced Ginger
  • 2 cloves Minced Garlic
  • 1 medium Sliced Onion
  • 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • Salt and Black Pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped Scallion Greens
  • 1 tablespoon Toasted Sesame Seeds

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the sliced onions and sauté for about 2 minutes until softened.
  3. Incorporate minced garlic and ginger, cooking for another 30 seconds.
  4. Add zucchini sticks in a single layer and cook undisturbed for about 1-2 minutes.
  5. Stir the zucchini and onions together, cooking for an additional 4-5 minutes.
  6. Drizzle in soy sauce and toss everything together quickly. Cook for an extra minute.
  7. Plate the Hibachi Zucchini and garnish with chopped scallions and sesame seeds.
