Ingredients

  • 2 cups granola (unsweetened or lightly sweetened)
  • 1 cup mixed nuts (almonds, cashews, walnuts)
  • 1 cup seeds (pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds)
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika (optional)
  • 1 cup dried fruits (raisins, cranberries, or apricots, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix granola, mixed nuts, and seeds together in a large bowl.
  3. Combine olive oil, sea salt, garlic powder, and paprika in a separate bowl and stir well.
  4. Pour the oil mixture over the granola mixture and combine everything evenly.
  5. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely before adding dried fruits.
  8. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two weeks.
