Ingredients

- 2 cups granola (unsweetened or lightly sweetened)
- 1 cup mixed nuts (almonds, cashews, walnuts)
- 1 cup seeds (pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds)
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika (optional)
- 1 cup dried fruits (raisins, cranberries, or apricots, optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix granola, mixed nuts, and seeds together in a large bowl.
- Combine olive oil, sea salt, garlic powder, and paprika in a separate bowl and stir well.
- Pour the oil mixture over the granola mixture and combine everything evenly.
- Spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool completely before adding dried fruits.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two weeks.
