- 2 Medjool dates (add more for sweetness)
- Pinch of sea salt

Instructions
- In a blender, combine 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk, â…“ cup of vanilla protein powder, 1 banana or â…“ cup of coconut yogurt, 2 Medjool dates, and a pinch of sea salt. Blend until smooth.
- Wash the blender if necessary. Add another cup of unsweetened almond milk, â…“ cup of chocolate protein powder, 1 banana or â…“ cup of coconut yogurt, 2 Medjool dates, and a pinch of sea salt. Blend until smooth.
- Take your popsicle molds and fill them halfway with the vanilla layer. Freeze for about 120 minutes, or until solid.
- After the vanilla layer has set, carefully pour the chocolate layer on top. Use a stick or spoon to create swirls if desired.
- Place the molds in the freezer for another 240-360 minutes or until completely frozen. Once solid, remove the pops from the molds and store in an airtight container in the freezer.
