Ingredients

- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup mashed bananas (or applesauce)
- 1 cup frozen berries (mixed or your choice)
- 1/4 cup maple syrup or agave syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup nut butter (like almond or peanut butter)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, mashed bananas, maple syrup, nut butter, cinnamon, and salt.
- Stir in the frozen berries until evenly distributed.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and spread it out evenly.
- Bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
- Allow to cool before cutting into bars and enjoy!
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days, in the fridge for up to 2 weeks, or freeze for up to 3 months.
