- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 cup egg whites (or 1 beaten egg)

Instructions
- Prepare the pickles: Start by patting the pickle slices dry with a paper towel.
- Make the coating: In a mixing bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Coat the pickles: Dip each pickle slice into the egg (or egg whites) and then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Air fry the pickles: Place the coated pickles in the air fryer basket in a single layer and spray lightly with cooking spray.
- Set the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and cook for about 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Serve: Remove the golden brown pickles from the air fryer and enjoy!
