Description

A quick and nutritious chicken salad made with Greek yogurt and cottage cheese, perfect for any meal or snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced celery
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/2 cup grape tomatoes, halved
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lettuce leaves or whole grain wraps for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, take the shredded chicken.
  2. Add the Greek yogurt and cottage cheese.
  3. Mix in the diced celery, red onion, and halved grape tomatoes.
  4. Pour in the lemon juice.
  5. Stir everything well until all the ingredients are blended.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to your taste.
  7. Serve in lettuce leaves or use it as a filling for wraps or sandwiches.

Notes
