- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (70% cacao)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk together almond flour, cocoa powder, and baking soda until smooth.
- Stir in maple syrup, Greek yogurt, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Gently fold in dark chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow the brownies to cool for at least 10 minutes before slicing into squares.
