Description

Delicious and nutritious brownies that are easy to make and guilt-free, packed with protein and fiber from almond flour and Greek yogurt.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (70% cacao)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together almond flour, cocoa powder, and baking soda until smooth.
  3. Stir in maple syrup, Greek yogurt, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Gently fold in dark chocolate chips.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  7. Allow the brownies to cool for at least 10 minutes before slicing into squares.
