Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.
  2. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  3. Add the broccoli florets and vegetable broth, bringing the mixture to a boil.
