Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix the almond flour, coconut flour, sweetener, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, applesauce, and vanilla extract.
- Combine the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
- Roll the dough into small bite-sized balls and place them on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- While warm, toss the churro bites in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
