- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup brown rice, cooked

- 1 can low-sodium cream of chicken soup

- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, broccoli florets, cooked brown rice, low-fat cheddar cheese, cream of chicken soup, low-fat milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish, spreading it evenly.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake it in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and slightly golden.
