Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • Green onions for garnish
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Marinade: In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, brown sugar, pineapple juice, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, and ground ginger.
  2. Marinate the Chicken: Place chicken thighs in a resealable bag, pour the marinade over, seal, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the Grill: Set your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill the Chicken: Remove the chicken from the marinade and grill for 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
