- 4 Chicken thighs
- 1 cup Pineapple chunks
- 2 Bell peppers, sliced

- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, olive oil, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
- Marinate the chicken thighs in the mixture for at least 15 minutes.
- Arrange the marinated chicken, pineapple chunks, and sliced bell peppers on a sheet pan.
- Roast in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
