Ingredients

  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 cups cooked egg noodles (or pasta of your choice)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: breadcrumbs for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked, breaking it apart with a spatula.
  3. Add the chopped onion and bell pepper to the skillet and cook until they’re soft, about 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in the frozen vegetables, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, and season with salt and pepper. Mix well until everything is evenly combined.
