Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut it into squares.
- Place a small amount of chopped ham and shredded cheese in the center of each square. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and the seasoning blend.
- Fold the pastry over to form triangles or envelopes and seal the edges with your fingers.
- Beat the egg and brush it over the pastry for a golden finish.
- Arrange on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the pastry is puffed and golden.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
