Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth and fluffy.
- Add the vanilla extract and eggs, mixing in one at a time.
- Combine the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt in another bowl, then slowly mix into the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips evenly into the dough.
- Stuff the cookies by placing an Oreo in the center of a flattened tablespoon of dough, covering it with more dough and shaping it into a ball.
- Bake the cookie balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 10-12 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
- Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
