- 2 medium zucchinis, diced
- 1 can (15 ounces) chickpeas, drained and rinsed

- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and garlic, sautéing until fragrant.
- Add the ground turkey, breaking it apart, and cook until browned.
- Stir in the diced zucchini and chickpeas.
- Season with paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Cook for about 10 minutes, until the zucchini is tender.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
