Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the ground turkey, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the teriyaki sauce and mixed veggies.
- Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until the veggies are tender.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve over cooked rice or quinoa.
