A quick and easy stir fry packed with colorful vegetables and tender ground turkey, all coated in a savory teriyaki sauce.

- 1 lb ground turkey
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup snap peas
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Optional: sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Sauté the minced garlic and fresh ginger for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Cook the ground turkey in the skillet, breaking it up as it cooks for about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the sliced red bell pepper, broccoli, snap peas, and carrot to the skillet. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes.
- Pour the teriyaki and soy sauces over the mixture and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to thicken the sauce.
- Drizzle sesame oil over the stir-fry and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
- Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds if desired.
Notes
Can easily swap vegetables based on preferences. Store in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days in the refrigerator.
