Description

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces egg noodles

  • 1 cup beef broth

  • Olive oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Cook the egg noodles according to package directions and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add chopped onion and minced garlic; sauté until translucent.
  4. Add ground beef, breaking it apart as it cooks until browned.
  5. Stir in sliced mushrooms and cook until tender.
  6. Sprinkle flour over the beef mixture; stir to combine.
  7. Gradually add beef broth while stirring until the mixture thickens.
  8. Lower heat, mix in sour cream, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  9. Add cooked egg noodles and mix thoroughly.
