- 8 ounces egg noodles

- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup beef broth

Instructions
- Cook the egg noodles according to package directions and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic; sauté until translucent.
- Add ground beef, breaking it apart as it cooks until browned.
- Stir in sliced mushrooms and cook until tender.
- Sprinkle flour over the beef mixture; stir to combine.
- Gradually add beef broth while stirring until the mixture thickens.
- Lower heat, mix in sour cream, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Add cooked egg noodles and mix thoroughly.
- Serve warm.
