Instructions
- Sauté chopped onion and garlic in a skillet until they become translucent.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Mix in bell peppers and any additional vegetables, cooking until softened.
- Stir in the tomato sauce and soy sauce along with spices, simmering for a few minutes.
- For meatloaf or meatballs, mix the beef mixture with breadcrumbs and eggs, shape, and bake in a preheated oven until cooked through.
