Instructions
- Cook the jasmine rice according to package instructions.
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Drain any excess fat.
- Add hot honey to the cooked beef and stir until well coated.
- In the same skillet, add your choice of mixed vegetables and sauté until tender.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Assemble the bowls by placing a scoop of rice, topped with the hot honey beef mixture and vegetables.
