Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until the onion is translucent.
  3. Stir in the diced tomatoes, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, and elbow macaroni.
  4. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until the macaroni is cooked, about 10-12 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. If desired, top with shredded cheese and let it melt before serving.

Notes
