  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • Sour cream (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with diced onions for about 5-7 minutes, or until the onions are translucent.
  3. Add minced garlic, cumin, and chili powder to the skillet. Sauté for another minute.
